氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定血液中的铅

利用AFS-920双道原子荧光光度计,采用氢化物一原子荧光法测定血液中的铅含量,并通过试验确定了仪器工作参数：载流、屏蔽气流量,介质和掩蔽剂的用量等。此方法的检出限为1．00ng/mL,相对标准偏差为1．1％,回收率为95．0％-105．0％,测定方法的相关系数大于0．9990,标准曲线的线性范围0～20ng,mL。采用本方法测定血液中的铅含量具有检出限低,操作简单、快速、干扰少、节省试剂等优点。     

The research of human exposure to polybrominated diphenyl ethers and perfluoroocatane sulfonate

As two kinds of emerging chemicals, the pollution of polybrominated diphenyl ethers （PBDEs） and perfluoroocatane sulfonate （PFOS） has been becoming a global environmental problem. Also, research of the transport, transfer, bioaccumulation in organism, and toxicology of these two kinds of pollutant is a hotspot in environmental sciences now. In this paper, we summarize and critically review the status and progress of PBDEs and PFOS exposure to human beings. Further, data analyses based on statistical methods are done to study the characters of PBDEs and PCBs concentrations in different regions in the world.     

The mobilization of rat’s mesenchymal stem cells into peripheral blood by LiCL and its potency differentiation

Mesenchymal stem cells （MSCs） are multipotent cells, which can differentiate into different tissues. It is still controversial whether MSCs can be isolated from adult peripheral blood （PB） under normal conditions and whether they can be mobilized in a way similar to that of hematopoieUc stem cells （HSCs）. In this study, rat MSCs circulating in the PB under normal conditions can be isolated and cultured, and MSCs from PB and BM can be mobilized by LiCL. The mobilized MSCs can be induced to differentiate into neuron by such factors as β-mercaptoethanol and supernatants of nerve cell cultures. The present study provides a broader perspective on the repair of neural trauma.     

高寒牧区杂种公牛19项生理生化指标测定

对生活在3 250-3 700 m高海拔地区的黑杂F1和西杂F1的生理指标、血液生理指标和生化指标进行了研究,结果表明,被检黑杂F1和西杂F1的生理指标、血液生化指标和绝大部分血液生化指标均位于国内外学者记载的正常范围之内,表明黑杂F1和西杂F1两种杂种公牛对青海省3 250-3 700 m的高海拔地区有良好的适应性。     

磁性纳米粒子的制备及其细胞分离方面的应用

介绍了一种始终在溶液中制备Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子的化学共沉淀,并对制得的粒子进行表面修饰的方法．通过IR,XRD和AFM等测试仪器对样品进行了表征．结果表明：采用化学共沉淀的方法制备出的磁性纳米粒子具有单分散性,且粒径比较均一,约在30nm．由于制备过程均在液体中进行,故制备周期短,污染小．同时利用自制的免疫磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子能较好地分离脐血中的CD133细胞,细胞体外扩增明显．     

猪血中抗菌肽类物质的分离纯化和抗菌活性研究

利用酶解、脱色等技术,从新鲜猪血中分离提取抗菌肽,再经SephadexG-100凝胶层析纯化,收集各组分并检测其抗菌活性。采用琼脂糖弥散法检测猪血抗菌肽对大肠杆菌O88、金黄色葡萄球菌ACTT25923株、绿脓杆菌ACTT27853株、鸡巴氏杆菌、鸡致病性沙门氏菌自然分离株等5种细菌的作用;同时,采用扫描电镜观察了猪血抗菌肽与上述金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌共同培养20min后细菌形态结构的改变。结果表明,猪血抗菌肽对以上各种细菌均有不同程度的抑杀作用;扫描电镜观察发现,经抗菌肽作用20min后,这两种细菌的形态结构均发生了明显的改变,表现为细菌干瘪、皱缩、表面粗糙不平、分裂繁殖停止。这表明猪血抗菌肽不仅对供试细菌的形态结构有明显的损伤作用,同时还影响细菌的生长繁殖。

为验证用无水葡萄糖生产葡萄糖注射液的工艺可行性,验证标准考察工艺.结果表明用无水葡萄糖取代一水葡萄糖生产葡萄糖注射液的工艺质量稳定.所以用无水葡萄糖取代一水葡萄糖生产葡萄糖注射液的工艺可行.     

基因研究中的知情权探析

20世纪以来，基因研究得到了广泛重视，尤其是人类基因组序列的测定给制药、保健、农业和食品制造等产业带来了巨大商机。与此同时，基因侵权事件屡屡发生，尤其是在发展中国家。目前在中国，出现的最为普遍、最为严重的侵权行为就是侵犯被研究对象的知情权。对此，应加强知情权的保护，严格约束中方合作单位，加侠基因方面的立法，加强公民的自我保护意识。     

血压指标的聚类分析

利用353人的血压数据,运用2种不同的聚类分析方法对15个血压指标分类并挑选典型指标:一是利用SAS软件包中提供的变量聚类过程(VARCLUS过程)对指标进行裂类聚类分析;一是利用SAS中提供的样品聚类过程(CLUSTER过程)对指标进行系统聚类分析.2种方法得到了相同的结果:15个指标分成了4类,得到4个典型指标:BPR(收缩压与舒张压比值),BPP(收缩压与舒张压乘积),MAPPr(平均动脉压与脉率乘积),BPRPr(BPR与脉率乘积).     

Effect on membrane transport in the erythrocytes by band 3 cross-linking

Band 3 and glucose transport protein (GluT1) are two kinds of important proteins in the human erythrocyte membranes. Bis(sulfosuccinimidyl)suberate (BS³), an impermeable cross-linker of band 3, inhibited NO₂ ⁻ transport, showing that anion exchange is affected by the association state of band 3 in the intact erythrocyte membranes. At the same time, the rates of glucose transport of both exit and entry declined. The amount of monomers of band 3 was decreased after treatment of the erythrocytes with BS³, but there was no change in GluT1 according to the SDS-PAGE patterns. This demonstrates that band 3 and GluT1 would be linkaged together in the erythrocyte membranes for the requirement of rapid and cooperative performance of physiological functions of the membrane proteins.
